Anchoring the sketch on the top and the right side was inspired by yesterdays throw of the dice.

Yellow Rose and Leaves

Too many rules to follow for me to play the game this morning.  I simply wanted to play.  I did find myself making more conscious decisions.  That is the point of playing the game …. so I’m glad it worked.  I kept the contrast minimal, used an analogous color scheme with one complement (Yellow/Green, Green, Green/Blue plus tints of red).  The shape is anchored to two sides of the rectangle and the number of basic shapes is kept to a minimum.
